Thank you for supporting TOFU Story. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of physical goods ("Product"), you may refer to the following return policy.
This policy does not affect your legal consumer rights.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
- Only products purchased from the official TOFU Story website or designated partners (e.g., Kaia, LINE Dapp Store) are eligible.
- Returns are not accepted if any associated digital content or assets (e.g., game characters) have been claimed.
- Customized items cannot be returned unless they are significantly different from what was ordered.
- Suspicious activity such as repetitive buying and returning may lead to return rejection.
Return Process
- Email hi@tofustory.xyz with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back (return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise stated).
- Refunds will be issued after item inspection.
Refund Methods
- Credit card / LINE Pay: Refund to original payment method.
- USDT / KAIA / crypto: Refund to the original wallet address.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection.
